Room Reservations

The deadline for a reduced room rate was August 3, 2019. To reserve a room at a reduced rate:

  • Reserve online at Holiday Inn by the Bay. No group code is needed for online registration. The group code will automatically default when you enter your dates of stay.
  • Or call the hotel 1 (800) 345-5050. Use group title PEQA Summit.

Room Cost

On or Before August 3 Registration Deadline

$146 for single or double occupancy with two double beds, based on availability.

$10 additional charge for any additional people sharing the room.

$156 for Standard King Size bed, single or double occupancy, Based on availability.

$171 for Executive room type (king or double/double) Based on availability.

After August 3 Reservation Deadline

Hotel cannot confirm a specific rate after the release date as rates will vary and increase closer to the date.

As of May 9 the rates are currently $309 per night.

Tax

All rooms are subject to 9% hotel tax unless proper tax exemption is provided. You must have an exemption number issued from the State of Maine Bureau of Taxation to be valid. Federal and Other State exemptions will not apply.

Parking

Available for $10/night per vehicle for overnight guests. Daytime event parking is available for $5/day in garage next to facility. This fee will be paid upon entry. Please note entry payments are cash only.
