Improving Quality Assurance At SCVRD: Developing A New, Electronic QA Tool
This project describes the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department's (SCVRD) process to update their quality assurance tool so that it is reflective of WIOA performance measures and provides consistency in case reviews on a local and state level.

The revised compliance tool is designed to increase staff knowledge of WIOA standards in a platform that flows within the compliance review process. The tool will identify training needs and trends that will be used to assist staff in providing quality service delivery while recognizing the importance of adhering to federal regulations.
